Frequently asked questions
Do I need to install anything?
No. TillPocket opens in the browser of your phone or computer and can be added to the home screen like an app. It also works offline.
Does TillPocket meet the fiscal rules of my country?
TillPocket is not certified as a fiscal device in any country except the Czech Republic. Where your country requires a certified till, online sales reporting or a fiscal printer, TillPocket is not enough on its own – check with your accountant.
What happens when the year of updates ends?
The till keeps working in its version, for life. Security fixes are always free. New features are part of paid updates.
Which printer do I need?
Any 58 mm thermal printer with Bluetooth Low Energy (most cheap “dual mode” printers). From Android the till prints directly, from iPhone through the printer’s app.
Where is my data?
On your device. Sync between devices is encrypted on the phone – nobody else sees your sales and customers, not even us.
In which language is the app?
The app and its documents are in English (and Czech). This website is translated for your convenience.
